Striking pair of Yew goblets
These are goblets 17.5 cms tall made of Yew and so are a startling red in colour.
They are of classical shape, very stable and without blemish. The interior of the cups have been treated with lacquer so that they are both water and alcohol proof. The red core wood of the Yew runs through the centre of the goblets and because they were from the same tree have matching grain.

Some goblets are functional and have a lacquer inside to make them both water and alcohol proof. These goblets are both ornamental and functional.
They should not be immersed in water, they are cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth.
